Eagle Theatre Company is proud and excited to announce its first EVER musical ! We have chosen the longest running off-broadway musical in history: THE FANTASTICKS
The Fantasticks is a whimsical and poetic musical about two neighboring fathers who pretend to feud in order to trick their children—Matt and Luisa—into falling in love. Believing their romance is forbidden, the young lovers are drawn to each other with passion and idealism. With the help of the mysterious El Gallo and a pair of eccentric traveling actors, the parents stage an adventure to bring the couple together. As dreams clash with reality, the story explores the nature of love, growing up, and learning what truly matters.

Now and Then is a heartfelt, humorous, and magical story about love, choices, and second chances. Set in a quiet Chicago bar in 1981, the play follows a young couple whose evening takes an unexpected turn when an older man offers them $2,000 to sit and talk with him for an hour. As the night unfolds, secrets are revealed, time bends, and the characters confront the past, present, and future in unexpected ways.
This four-person play blends drama, romance, and a touch of the fantastical. It explores how the choices we make can shape our lives—and how we might choose differently if given the chance.
